I am a mama of 3 amazing kids and a new Gigi (grandma). I LOVE reading, coffee, cheer, and Christmas! My favorite vacation spot is the mountains. I could eat cheese pizza every day and never get tired of it.

Graduated from Caldwell University and the University of Phoenix. My favorite part of the day is morning. My dream vacation spot is Ireland. I enjoy home painting and design. I could eat a cheeseburger every day and never get tired of it.

Shayna ShortK-2 Instructional Coach

Hello, my name is Shayna Short, I am the K-2 Instructional Coach at Lake Point Academy. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with my Bachelors in Elementary Education with my ESOL and Reading Endorsements. I have been an educator in the Florida School Systems for 12 years. I became interested in becoming a certified teacher after working for the school board as a camp counselor for 4 summers where I taught kids how to climb a ropes course. I have a passion to always "find the fun" while learning and to spread that mindset with the children of our future.

My favorite part of the day is waking up and having a cup of coffee. My dream vacation would be to Greece. I could eat pizza every single day!
