Hi! My Name is Mrs. Leslie Worthen! I live in Clermont with my husband and our two kids, who also attend LPA. I was born in McAllen, Texas and I split my childhood between Texas and Florida. I graduated from the University of West Florida. Go ARGOS! I love running, going to Sea World, and I have a small addiction to teacher tee shirts and diet Mt. Dew. 😁

Denise Noboa

Hi! My name is Ms. Noboa! I am 27 yeas young! I live in Clermont with my son Giovanni. I enjoy running & being with friends and family. I will be your child’s 5th grade ELA/Social Studies teacher for the 2021-2022 school year & I am excited to make this the best year yet!

I was born in Oceanside, California but spent most of my childhood in Jacksonville, North Carolina. My father was a U.S. Marine, and we moved around quite a bit. I have two brothers, one older, and one younger! And I guess Ms. Gaje is considered my sister.

In May of 2017, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Old Dominion University. In May 2018, I graduated from ODU for the 2nd time with a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education PreK-6th grade.

Nathan Riquino

Hola! My Name is Nathan Riquino! I live in Minneola with my wife Kristen and our three kids, Gabi, Kai, and Koa. We moved to Florida in 2019 from Hilo, Hawaii – you will usually see me wearing a Hawaiian shirt most school days. I enjoy spending time with family, going to the beach, and watching movies. I love all things Star Wars! I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and raised in Westerville, Ohio. I have family all across the US and Brazil. I started my teaching career in 2004. I have a bachelors degree in Spanish from the University of Utah. I also have masters degrees in elementary teacher education and Administration & Supervision from the University of Phoenix.
